For a physical-item return, please contact us first for the correct return instructions. This registered company address should not be used as a return address without confirmation.
Downloads & orders
Where can I find my files?
After a confirmed payment, check the order email for download links. If you created an account, sign in and open Downloads. Check your spam folder if the email is missing.
My download is not opening. What should I try?
Save the file to your device first. Open PDFs in a current PDF reader. Extract a ZIP file before opening the documents inside. If the problem continues, contact support with the file name and any error message.
I cannot see a download link yet.
Check the order status. A pending or failed payment may not release downloads. Contact support with your order number if payment was completed and the files are still unavailable.
What about refunds or changes?
For cancellation, return or refund requests, contact us with your order number, checkout email and a description of the issue. See our Return & Refund Policy and Digital Products Shopping Policy for the applicable terms. If a file is missing, incorrect or inaccessible, please let us know so we can help.
Have a question before buying a plan?
Send us the product name or link and tell us what you need to check, such as the footprint, drawing units or files included. Please check local permit and building requirements with your local authority or a qualified professional before starting your project.
Need help with a physical product?
For shipping, delivery or a damaged-item enquiry, include your order number and destination country. See our Shipping Policy and the product listing for the applicable delivery information. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
Ordered through Etsy?
For an order placed in our DIYLABO Etsy shop, please contact us through your Etsy order so we can find the purchase and respond in the same place.
